After this grounding practice, Ima Tenko (今貂子) takes the stage for a solo performance.
Following the performance, the experience continues with a talk led by Ima Tenko(今貂子). Including time for a short break, the entire experience runs for approximately two hours, offering both physical engagement and thoughtful reflection in a beautifully balanced flow.
