- Please wear clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, as the sumi ink is difficult to wash off
- Age & Visitor Policy: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. If you are accompanying someone but not participating in the experience, please note that a viewing fee of 3,500 Yen per person will be charged
- Please arrive on time, as the ending time for each workshop is fixed
- Exclusions: Transportation fees to and from the meeting point are not included
- Booking cutoff: 3 days in advance

- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 1 day or less before the event
- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 3 days or less before the event
