We take care of the reservation process for you, which usually requires booking through a Japanese website. Popular collaboration events often require a lottery entry, but with this experience, your entry is guaranteed!

Know Before You Go

  • The minimum number of participants is four people. The program may be canceled if there are not enough participants, in which case you will be notified via email at least 3 days prior and fully refunded.
  • You will visit one of three Animate Café locations in Ikebukuro (Main Store, 2, or 3). The specific store and available anime collaboration cannot be pre-selected and will be a surprise upon arrival.
  • We do not specifically list allergens, but we can provide ingredient lists in English. If you have dietary concerns, please give us a heads-up before your visit.
  • Shopping for merchandise requires following specific café rules and audio announcement cues. A special merchandise ticket will be provided to you by the guide.
  • English materials provided
