  • Kimono Sizing: Provide your height, clothing size, hair color, and kimono preferences when booking.
  • Hair Guidelines: Please wear your hair up so it does not touch your neck. Rental hair accessories are provided.
  • Dietary Needs: Note any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the notes section when booking.
  • Punctuality: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be able to participate in the full experience.
  • No Perfume: Avoid wearing perfume to protect the fabrics. A ¥5,000 odor removal fee applies if scent transfers.
  • Pregnancy Notice: Please inform staff before dressing if you are pregnant.
  • Exclusions: Private transportation and additional food & drinks are not included.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the event.
  • 50% fee: 3–6 days before the event.
  • 80% fee: 1–2 days before the event.
  • 100% fee: Same-day cancellations.
